It is not mentioned on the official website of TNCremo whether it runs on Windows Server 2022 or 2019. However, the program is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10. It is possible that it may run on Windows Server as well. It is suggested to contact the TNCremo support team to confirm if it is compatible with Windows Server.
I can not get a connection between my computer(TNcremo and TNC430). I have now new computer with Windows 10. This computer has no serial port. I am using now an extra cable from USB to Serial. The old one had a serial port. There it was no problem. There I had a cable with a serial to RS232. What can be the problem?

Of course, when you're not using something dedicated, you might encounter issues although there have been no reports regarding conversion cables. Sometimes you might need to install a driver for a certain cable to be recognized properly or the software that uses the Serial port needs an update to recognize various memory address switch.
It's pretty impossible to say what the problem actually is because it can have multiple causes: OS, cable, software update, compatibility, etc.

No, there is no need to install another program to install TNCremo for Windows.
